This is your housing online reservation site for the University of Cincinnati CCM Guitar Workshop. Housing will be provided at the (CRC) Campus Recreation Center on the Campus of the University of Cincinnati. NOTE: the Guitar Workshop ends on July 29th. You do have the option to stay in the CRC Hall the night of July 29th if needed. 2012 Room Fees: Single Room with Linen: $31.00 per night Single Room without Linen: $28.00 per night Daily Parking: For directions and Parking informaionm please see the Guitar Workshop website. Internet The CRC Resident Hall is now wireless. The CRC front desk staff will have directions on how to connect to the Summer Conferencing Free Wireless. Dining Options: The UC Campus has a variety of restaurants on campus and also has a food court. Please see the Food Services website for hours and locations.MarketPointe Dining Center will serve 3 meals from Monday - Friday, and 2 meals on Saturday - Sunday. While you can purchase a meal anytime, a meal plan may offer more flexibility. See the Food Services site for meal plan options. Cancellation Policy | The dates and rate inputed into the Online Registration form will be used to confirm an individual's summer housing. Once confirmed by email, the registration is binding. To cancel your individual registration, you must submit in writing and by email at least two days prior to arrival. Please email to: event.services@uc.edu. | Changes to Reservation | Charges | If you cancel two weeks prior to your arrival date | You receive a full refund on the credit card used for the reservation. Allow two weeks for refund. | If you cancel between two weeks and 48 hours prior to your arrival date | You forfeit First Night Room Rate per the Online Registration. Remaining amount will be refunded on the credit card used for the reservation. Allow two weeks for refund. | If you cancel within 48 hours prior to your arrival date | You forfeit First Night Room Rate per the Online Registration and a $50 penalty fee. Remaining amount will be refunded on the credit card used for the reservation. Allow two weeks for refund. |
